#Sony is expected to launch its flagship offering, Xperia #Xz1 smartphone sometime this month. It appears as if just days ahead of the launch, the device has been leaked in the form of 3D renders, thereby revealing its design. Separately, the Android-powered smartphone also recently appeared in a 36-degree video, which the fans were given the opportunity to view the upcoming flagship from all the possible angles.
The range of latest leaks further falls in line with another live image of the alleged Sony Xperia XZ1 that also showed up online recently. The live image shows off the rear panel of the Sony Xperia XZ1 smartphone.
The design reflected through both the leaks match, and thus, this has led fans to believe that this might be the final design. On the basis of this information, it seems like Sony won’t be experimenting with regards to design this time around. The device showcased in the picture pretty much revealed the fact that it is going to look a lot like most of the other Sony-branded smartphones.
Leaks, reports and specifications details
The leak also revealed that the smartphone will feature a USB Type-C charging port, which could also possibly be used for data transfer. Additionally, one can also easily spot the SIM card slot placed on the left-hand side of the smartphone. The volumes up and down buttons along with the power buttons are located on the right-hand side of the handset. Sony seems to have also provided a dedicated camera button, which can be found on the right-hand side too.
As can be observed, these are the standard elements that Sony has been providing since years through its flagship smartphones. Therefore, it doesn’t seem like the upcoming Xperia XZ1 will come equipped with anything new. As far as the rear panel is concerned, the smartphone can be seen sporting a camera module along with its lens on the right top corner – which is a new spot for Sony’s rear camera.
Colour options with the device
Another important detail that has been spotted through these leaks is the smartphone’s colour. The alleged Sony Xperia XZ1 can be seen sporting a Silver colour finish. The Japanese technology giant is expected to offer more colours with this smartphone – however, the options haven’t been confirmed as of yet. The device will mostly be available in a special ‘Black’ colour option too. The smartphone could possibly be introduced on August 16, at an event held by Sony. #360 Degree Video
